Für die Miete der Wohnung zum vorübergehenden Gebrauch wird ein Mietvertrag abgeschlossen. In diesem wird festgehalten, dass der Wohnraum aufgrund eines konkreten Aufenthaltsgrunds für eine kurzfristige, überschaubare Vertragsdauer vermietet wird. Der von Mieter und Vermieter zu unterzeichnende Mietvertrag enthält sowohl das Vertragsende als auch die besonderen Umstände des Aufenthaltes. Eine Wohnungsgeberbestätigung wird Ihnen bei der Wohnungsübergabe ausgehändigt.
For renting the apartment for temporary use, a rental agreement will be concluded. This agreement stipulates that the living space is rented for a short-term, manageable contract duration due to a specific reason for the stay. The rental agreement to be signed by both the tenant and the landlord contains both the end of the contract and the special circumstances of the stay. A landlord’s confirmation of residence will be handed to you upon handing over the apartment.
- Hausruhe
Die Regelungen der Bundesimissionsschutzverordnung und der Polizeiverordnung geben einen Rahmen vor, wann und in welchem Umfang auf die Hausruhe zu achten ist. Generell gilt das Gebot der gegenseitigen Rücksichtnahme.
In der Zeit von 22.00 Uhr bis 7.00 Uhr, von 13.00 Uhr bis 15.00 Uhr sowie an Sonn- und Feiertagen ist auf das Ruhebedürfnis der Mitbewohner besondere Rücksicht zu nehmen.
Rundfunk-, Tonband-, Fernseh- und andere Musikgeräte sind grundsätzlich auf Zimmerlautstärke einzustellen.
Hausmusik darf nicht zur Belästigung für andere Hausbewohner werden und ist auf die Zeit von 8.00 – 13.00 Uhr und von 15.00 – 20.00 Uhr zu beschränken.
Nähmaschinen, Klaviere, Musikanlagen und ähnliches sind auf schalldämpfende Unterlagen zu stellen.
Bei Motorfahrzeugen ist jeder unnötige Lärm zu vermeiden. - Die Haltung von Haustieren, insbesondere von Hunden, ist verboten.
- Quiet hours
The regulations of the Federal Immission Control Ordinance and the Police Ordinance provide a framework for when and to what extent quiet hours should be observed. In general, the principle of mutual consideration applies.
Special consideration should be given to the need for rest of the other residents from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm, and on Sundays and public holidays.
Radio, tape recorders, televisions, and other music devices should generally be set at room volume.
House music should not become a nuisance to other residents and should be limited to the hours of 8:00 am – 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm.
Sewing machines, pianos, music systems, and similar items should be placed on sound-absorbing pads.
Unnecessary noise from motor vehicles should be avoided. - Keeping pets, especially dogs, is prohibited.
